Amazon supplement orders

Kombat Juice purchases are made on Amazon. Amazon’s return, refund, replacement, and customer-service policies apply to those purchases.

Printful merchandise issues

For merchandise purchased through this website, please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, misprinted, or materially incorrect, email hello@teamkombatathletes.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos. Printful requires claims for damaged or misprinted items to be reported within 30 days after delivery.

Change-of-mind returns

Because merchandise is made to order, change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed. We will review eligible requests in accordance with applicable law and the fulfillment circumstances.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
